50% of the trip fee is due 60 days prior to travel, with the balance due 30 days prior to departure date. All checks should be payable to the Haiti Deaf Academy with the trip participant's name indicated. On-line payments can be made HERE. Please put the participant's name and trip dates in the comment section.

If the HAITI DEAF ACADEMY Management Team has any questions regarding the applicant's responses or physical ability to serve on a specific trip, an interview may be requested. References will be checked and each participant must pass a background check after the application have been submitted. Once an application has been accepted for a specific trip, the applicant will be notified of the acceptance promptly via email.
Please understand that all trip fees are non-refundable. Please check with your own accountant about tax deductible reporting of trip fees.
In the event the trip is cancelled due to a safety decision made by the Haiti Deaf Academy for weather, political unrest or other reasons, the trip fees, minus the application fee and deposits made to cover transportation and lodging will be reimbursed.
DO NOT PURCHASE FLIGHTS UNTIL APPLICATION ACCEPTANCE AND ARRIVAL TIME IS APPROVED.
The application fee is non-refundable and must be paid on line with this application.
